Regine Bonneau, CTPRP
CEO & Founder
Regine Bonneau is a recognized leader in cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance. Bonneau was born in Haiti and raised in New York City. She is fluent in four languages: English, Creole, Spanish, and French. Bonneau holds a Master’s in Business Administration and Finance from Keller Graduate School of Management, a JSM from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration & Finance from Strayer University. Her career spans more than 20 years, with expertise in technology and processes for the healthcare, financial, and energy sectors. Bonneau is the Founder and CEO of RB Advisory LLC, which provides cyber risk management, security assessments, compliance services, forensic audits, and privacy consultations for private sector and government clients. She founded RB Advisory after years of working in the risk management and compliance industries. RB Advisory is certified with the City of Orlando and the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority and is MWBE, DBE, LDB and SBE certified.
Bonneau is a highly sought-after cybersecurity expert and speaker. She also holds leadership roles in several technology industry associations, is a New America Cybersecurity Fellow, and member of the International Consortium of Minority Cybersecurity Professionals (ICMCP). Bonneau has been a keynote speaker for Microsoft during Small Business Week and has been featured in the Orlando Sentinel, the Orlando Business Journal, and other prominent publications. Most recently, she won the 2019 Eagle Award by the African American Chamber of Commerce for Emerging Business, a 2018 Orlando Neon Swan, which comprises an online list of Orlando women doing amazing projects for the tech community by succeeding in STEM fields and helping other women succeed. She was also a winner of the 40 Under Forty award by the Orlando Business Journal and presented with the esteemed “Deeva in Tech” by Women on the Rise. Bonneau is active in the community and is currently involved in several charitable organizations. She served on the Advisory Board for Arnold Palmer Medical Center (Champion’s Circle) and as a Board Member for NAWBO Orlando, Howard Phillips Center (Champion’s Circle), and the Greatest Investment Girl’s Camp. She is a member of Women in Defense and the National Defense Industrial Association and currently serves on the advisory boards for Florida Polytechnic University, University of South Florida MUMA College of Business and ECPI University.
Director of Operations
Mitchell Gross grew up in New Jersey where he attended Rutgers University and got a Bachelors degree in Sports Management. He excelled in helping many achieve their health and fitness goals. He has a passion for the advancement of technology and wanted to improve the lives of those using technology. After moving to Orlando, Florida, he got an Associates degree in Information Technology and started in the field of cybersecurity operations in January of 2018.
Mitchell helps RB Advisory enhance it's business operations, promote growth within the company, and has helped RB Advisory earn several business awards. In his role as Director of Operations, he oversees operational activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness of outputs, effectively executes on business operations strategy with the team, supporting critical business initiatives, and identifies opportunities for automated solutions and business process enhancements. He is in charge of financial management and helps RB Advisory meet its budget demands to increase business flow. Mitchell collaborates with key cross-functional partners to deliver increasing value to internal & external customers. He understands and processes changes that impact critical business functions and develops key techniques to assure alignment with future business needs and strategies.
David A. Cruz, MS, CISSP, GSEC
VP of Information Risk
David A. Cruz is an information security and assurance expert with 10 years of experience helping organizations enhance their security programs. David has implemented enterprise-wide security awareness and education programs and has launched several user-awareness initiatives. He successfully conducted hundreds of assessments associated with various industry standards for some of the largest financial institutions.
David has a bachelor’s degree in information security and a master’s degree in information assurance. He is a certified information security professional (CISSP), and he holds the Global Information Assurance Certification: Security Essentials (GSEC). He served as a board member for the Florida Chapter of International Systems Security Association (ISSA) and a member of the steering committee council for ISSA International. David was also a member of the executive forum of ISSA. He is currently the Cybersecurity Program Director for ECPI University at the Lake Mary campus.
Virtual Chief Information Security Officer
Mr. Selase Agbenoto has a passion for engineering and has been an engineer for over 18 years. A keen interest in the inner workings of systems since childhood eventually led him to pursue a career in engineering. Agbenoto has worked on several engineering projects, which include information assurance over a secured network with the United States Army research laboratories in Adelphi Maryland, designing a Security Operation Center (SOC) for the Emergency Command Centre in Accra Ghana in conjunction with the National Security Secretariat of Ghana. Agbenoto’s passion and enthusiasm for the area of cybersecurity got him invited by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Israeli National Cyber Bureau at the Prime Minister’s office, to their annual international cybersecurity conference in Tel Aviv, Israel. These experiences add to his diverse and rich experience in his endeavors as an information security expert.
Agbenoto’s passion to impact knowledge and empower others has led him to teach in the engineering faculties of Alabama A&M University, Duke University, North Carolina Central University and Valencia College. He is currently an adjunct professor of cyber and network security at ECPI University. Mr. Agbenoto’s areas of interest are information assurance and security, vulnerability management, medical device security, Internet of Things (IoT), digital and analog circuits, power systems, wireless communications, digital signal processing, VLSI, business continuity, compliance and IT disaster recovery. Mr. Agbenoto holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Mathematics, MSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering and MSc in Cybersecurity Management and Policy.
Alexis Perdereux-Weekes, MS, CISM, CISA, CRISC
Chief Data Privacy & Security Officer
Alexis is a senior business leader with over 20 years of Information Technology and assurance experience. He has extensive experience working on a broad range of corporate IT initiatives where he helps businesses identify, and mitigate risk to their core business assets, while enabling them to address regulatory and compliance requirements. He has participated in designing, managing, planning, and implementing information security and data protection solutions in direct support of business objectives within healthcare, finance, banking, and local and federal government sectors. He is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and a Certified Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) from ISACA International.
Alexis holds a MS degree in Information Security from Nova Southeastern University and is currently a doctoral candidate in Information Security at St. Thomas University in Miami, with a focus on Data Privacy. In 2018, he was part of a doctoral delegate that traveled to the European Union regulatory authorities assessing the impact of the new General Data Privacy Regulation (GDPR) on customer’s and businesses that conduct and collect the personal information of E.U citizens both within the European Union and outside. A Data Privacy advocate, Alexis is a past president of the ISACA South Florida chapter, where he worked with the executive team to grow the chapter membership to one of the largest in North America, expanding scholarship and mentoring opportunities to peers and other entering the IT security profession. In addition to ISACA, Alexis is also a member of the National Association of Health Services Executive (NAHSE), South Florida Chapter, where he is a member of the Technology and Innovation Steering Committee.
