Regine Bonneau Named Finalist for 2019 Eagle Awards

Celebrating Business Excellence in Central Florida

The African American Chamber of Commerce of Central Florida (AACCCF) announced the list of 2019 Finalists in the business award categories of the Emerging Business of the Year, Enterprise Business of the Year and the prestigious Eagle Award for the 15th Annual Eagle Awards Gala.  Additionally, the AACCCF will also recognize the 2019 Small Business Advocate of the Year, 2019 Corporation of the Year, and the 2019 Outstanding Community Achievement Award Winners.

The finalists and honorees were selected by the Eagle Awards planning committee and will be announced at the 2019 Eagle Awards Gala on Saturday, January, 19th at Disney’s Contemporary Resort at 7:00pm.

RB Advisory LLC, was listed among the three finalists being considered for the “Emerging Business of the Year” award category.  This category recognizes a Black-owned business that has been in business for one to three fiscal years and has demonstrated substantial growth. Applicants are graded on business performance over the last three years, innovation, and exemplary management. The selection committee considered factors such as the positive changes that have occurred through access to training and services, as well as any significant problems or barriers the nominee had to overcome in their steps towards economic independence.

“This is such a wonderful honor to be selected as a finalist.  This award is very meaningful because it represents the recognition achieved by a woman-owned business but also by an African American entrepreneur.  We continue to break barriers and chart our own path whether it be as a leader in STEM, a woman-owned business or now as a minority-owned business leader leading the way in our community,” says Regine Bonneau, president of RB Advisory, LLC.

“It is truly an honor to recognize the contributions that all of our finalists have made to the Central Florida business community,” says Tanisha Nunn Gary, president of the AACCCF.  “We have an exciting celebration in store, as we get ready to host the 15th anniversary of the Eagle Awards Gala at the Walt Disney World Resort in January.”
