RB Advisory LLC ("RB Advisory," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit rbadvisoryllc.com (the "Site") or contact us through it, how we use it, and the choices you have. Information we receive when you engage RB Advisory for services is governed by that engagement agreement.
Information we collect
- Information you provide. When you request a consultation or contact us, we receive what you enter: typically your name, job title, email address, phone number, organization and its website, industry and size, the services you are interested in, and anything you tell us about your situation and timing. Only your name, email address and organization are required.
- Usage information. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site — pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring pages. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and provide requested services
- To prepare for and schedule your consultation, and to follow up with you about it. Information from the consultation form is used for this purpose.
- To operate, improve, and secure the Site
- To meet legal and professional obligations
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of service providers that process information on our behalf:
- monday.com, the customer-relationship system where consultation requests are stored and managed. Requests are sent there when you submit the form. Access is limited to RB Advisory team members who handle inquiries.
- Google Analytics for site usage measurement, set only after you accept it in the cookie notice. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Our web host, which stores the Site's files and keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, time) for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies
The Site sets one analytics cookie, and only after you accept it in the cookie notice; declining keeps the Site fully usable. Your choice is remembered in your browser. You can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings.
Third-party links
The Site links to our profiles on LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Those services operate under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Retention
Consultation requests are kept in our customer-relationship system while we follow up and for as long as we have a business relationship with you, or a reasonable expectation of one. You can ask us to delete a request at any time. Other personal information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law or professional obligations, and is then deleted or de-identified.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email getintouch@rbadvisoryllc.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line, or use the details below. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
Children
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
